Terms & Conditions
1 A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all orders.
2 Dietary requirements will be catered for upon request. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements at the time of placing your order.
3 Payment terms are strictly 7 days from the date of invoice for credit account customers. Overdue accounts will be suspended until full payment has been received by Yum Junkie. Non account customers must make payment at the time of ordering.
4 All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added to your order at the prevailing rate. VAT invoices and receipts will be emailed on the day of delivery.
5 Orders will be delivered as close to your preferred delivery slot as possible. Please always provide us with a “latest delivery time” in order that we can ensure your delivery arrives in time for your lunch. Please note that we may deliver earlier than your requested time slot in order to fit with our delivery schedule and ensure your order arrives in plenty of time for your meeting/event.
6 Customers are responsible for the safe return of all reusable items, equipment and cool boxes that are on loan to them. Any breakages or missing items will be charged to the customer at the full replacement value.
7 We understand that sometimes there will be a need to cancel an order. If you need to cancel we require as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours notice. We prepare all food fresh on the day of delivery, if you are able to contact us before your food is prepared we will be able to cancel your order without charge. However, if the food has been prepared you will be subject to a full charge.
8 Delivery charges are applicable to all orders under £30. Delivery rates will be provided at the time of ordering.
9 We will return to collect returnable items/cool boxes on the next working day after your delivery unless otherwise agreed at the time of ordering. Additional collection charges may be levied for all additional collections required if all the items are not ready for collection on time.
